We make donating your clothes a breeze with our free collection service across London and nearby areas, so giving back is as easy as it gets.
Areas we cover
- We cover All London, Essex & Surrounding postcode areas
- Before booking, check if your postcode is included. Automated confirmation emails may not be sent for unlisted postcodes.
- Bookings made after 8 pm may not be confirmed for the following day due to our working hours.
- We only cover the congestion zone on Thursdays.

Donations we accept
Please ensure that all items are placed in a bag before collection. We cannot accept loose items. Place your items in a bag and clearly label it with “WE COLLECT, WE DONATE.”

- Good quality clean clothing (adult’s & children’s)
- Paired shoes
- Accessories, bags, belts
- Jewellery
- Soft toys
We also accept brand new
- Toiletries
- Closing down & liquidation stock
- Surplus stock
Items we don’t accept:
- Dirty, wet, ripped or damaged clothing
- Furniture & mattresses
- Duvets & pillows
- Books, CDs, DVDs
- Bric-a-brac & electrical items
- Single shoes
- Hard toys, stationery, hangers
- Carpets, rugs, mats, curtains
- Hygiene items, diapers, food
All items must be in good clean condition, no wear, tear or stains. Please ensure that all items are placed in a bag prior to collection. We do not accept loose items. If you wouldn’t accept the condition, then it cannot be donated. Instead consider your local recycling options.
