Flexible Scheduling: You choose the time and location for collection. Book online, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred day.

Prepare Your Donation: Place your clothes in boxes or bags.
Book Your Collection: Schedule online or call us at 0333 444 8403.
Receive Confirmation: An email will confirm your booking.
Get a Call on Collection Day: We’ll notify you of the arrival time. Note that collections are between 8am and 8pm; call us on the day for a morning, afternoon, or evening estimate.
Collection: We pick up from your home or work. If you’re not home, you can leave your donation outside for our drivers.
